Your mission Reporting to the Director, Global Content Marketing you will be responsible for leading the definition, development and deployment of the strategic value proposition of our portfolio our products. The value you bring Define and develop value propositions the align with our strategic vision and address customer needs Be a storyteller and a translator, taking complex product offerings and transforming them into defined and digestable narratives Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to understand and anticipate customer needs and behavior, identifying key pain points and opportunities Play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and drive business growth by ensuring our proposition resonates with target audiences Collaborate closely to enable alignment between Sales, Business Development, Product Management and Marketing colleague Requirements We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing: 7-10 Years within proposition development, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics with further experience in brand and marketing. You'll be an expert storyteller, with a track record of building brand propositions and simplifying complex messages. Ideally you'll have performed a similar role in an internal setting for another Healthcare-Diagnostics organisation or similar healthtech, but those from an agency/consultancy background with relevant industry experience in Software and Diagnostics will also be considering We see you likely bringing knowledge of Molecular Diagnostics or similar clinco-genomics environment, but you may also have experience within Complex Enterprise Software/SaaS or Healthtech. You'll have performed at a global (prefered) or regional (EMEA or NORAM minimum) level previously. Complete fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
